Shipping Policy

We carefully hand-pack and dispatch all orders from our studio to ensure your jewellery arrives safely.

• Processing Time: All orders are processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days.
• Delivery Time: Standard delivery within India typically takes 4-7 business days depending on your location.
• Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your delivery address and order total.
• Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with the tracking details.

Return & Exchange Policy

As each piece is handcrafted, we want you to love your purchase. However, due to hygiene and the delicate nature of fashion jewellery, we have a strict return policy.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund. You must adhere to the following process:

• Unboxing Video Required: To process a claim for a damaged or missing item, you MUST record a clear, continuous unboxing video starting from the sealed package. Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
• Reporting Timeline: You must report the issue along with the unboxing video to srimaguvaartjewellers@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the package.

General Returns

We do not offer returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or sizing issues. Please read the product descriptions and dimensions carefully before purchasing.

Refund Process

If your return for a damaged item is approved, a refund will be initiated to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account.
